Lifelong Grand Prairie resident, small business owner, and community leader committed to putting residents first.
I am a lifelong Grand Prairie resident, small business owner, and community leader who believes City Hall should always put residents first. My commitment to public service comes from real-world experience and a deep love for the city I call home — a city that shaped me, my family, and my purpose. I grew up in Grand Prairie, started Kindergarten and graduated High School. At an early age I became involved with the Just Say No To Drugs program at the Dalworth Recreation Center.
As a daycare owner, I've served more than 700 local families. I've also served as a board member of Head Start of Greater Dallas, am a member of Rotary, a Leadership Grand Prairie participant, my business has nominated by the Grand Praire Chamber of Commerce, and I've also been honored to serve twice as a Parade Marshal in the Martin Luther King Jr. Parade. I have spent years working alongside parents, educators, and neighborhood leaders. I have seen firsthand what families need to thrive, and I believe our city is at its best when leadership listens, plans wisely, and puts people before politics.
I am running for office because I have seen what works and I have seen what does not. I have watched families work hard and still struggle to get ahead. I have listened to small business owners who want to grow but feel unsupported, and I have seen a city with incredible potential that deserves leadership willing to think bigger and plan further ahead.
I bring fresh energy and real accountability to local government. I believe smart leadership means thinking beyond the next election and planning for the next ten to twenty years. That means protecting green spaces, easing traffic congestion, strengthening neighborhoods, and preserving the character that makes Grand Prairie special.
As a candidate for City Council, I am focused on the basics that matter most to families: public safety, responsible spending, and making sure growth works for the people who already live here. I believe progress should be thoughtful, practical, and centered on residents — not just new projects.
My commitment to service extends beyond my business. I am proud to support community outreach efforts that provide food, school supplies, and essential resources to families in need. I am honored to be supported by trusted community leaders and neighbors who share my vision for a stronger, safer, and more accountable Grand Prairie. This campaign is about direction. Together, I believe we can build a future that truly works for everyone.
